You consent to our Fluvi Wallet services and use of your information in accordance with this policy if you decide to use it. In order to provide and enhance the service, we use the Personal Information that we collect. Other than as stated in this Privacy Policy, we won't use or disclose your information to anyone.

To provide a better user experience, we can request specific personal

identifiable information or your social media account information. The Fluvi Wallet service makes third-party services available, and these third-party services can collect information to distinguish you.

We inform you that, whenever you use Fluvi Wallet Services, we collect data and information (via third-party services) called "Log Data," including in the case of an error. Your internet protocol ("IP") addresses, the type and name of your device, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, possibly the customer activities you take, and other statistics may be included.


Service Providers

Fluvi Inc. may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

  • To facilitate Service;

  • To provide the Service on our behalf;

  • To perform Service-related services; or

  • To assist Fluvi Inc. in analyzing how Fluvi Wallet is used

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

Fluvi Wallet does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13 and also, in principle, we do not allow use by users under the age of 18.

If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our services, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
